Co-founder & CTO, ONIIR

I build products and teams, and bring AI into business

I’m Dmitry Kucher, an engineering leader. I take products from idea to production: architecture, team, process and code. I’ve shipped products for the US, UK, European and Russian markets.

How I can help

01

End-to-end development

Web products, marketplaces, auctions, SaaS — from MVP to production, solo or with a team.

→ A working product, infrastructure and documentation.

02

Fractional CTO

Architecture, hiring and team building, engineering process, CI/CD.

→ A team that ships reliably without your micromanagement.

03

Audits and rescues

Code and architecture review, performance, migrations to a modern stack, Docker and Kubernetes.

→ A clear plan: what to fix, in what order and at what cost.

04

AI and automation

Speech analytics, voice bots, AI assistants, quality control, dashboards.

→ Processes that run without manual busywork.

Case studies
